The Team
Ben began his career as an aerospace engineer at The Boeing Company. He spent time in Airframes Design, Aerodynamics, and System Safety. During this time, he discovered his passion for business, economics, and finance and eventually transitioned from a career in engineering to real estate entrepreneurship, syndicating large multifamily real estate investments. He acquired managing member interests in over 1000 units financed with over $50 MM in debt and equity capital. Over time, he niched down to the finance and accounting aspects of business, providing Fractional CFO and Controller services to the aforementioned portfolio. He then transitioned his business to provide comprehensive custom accounting and financial services to private equity, family offices, and small businesses on a fee basis.
Ben has a Bachelor’s of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an Associate’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. Ben also passed the Level 1 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam before the demands of a growing family took priority.
Ben was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa while in college, which is a genetic retinal disorder, that has resulted in a gradual loss of peripheral vision and night blindness. Ben helps others overcome their FINANCIAL BLINDNESS, assisted by the talented team surrounding him.
Ben’s professional and recreational interests exceed what one could pursue in 3 lifetimes. His recreational interests include anything with wheels, tires, wings, engines, sails, hulls, or pedals and gears.
Ben resides in Lancaster Pennsylvania and is happily married with two girls and one boy. Ben is a follower of Jesus Christ seeks to leave a legacy of the values listed below:

Loren has been active in the real estate industry in an accounting role for over 12 years with experience in multifamily property management, general contracting, and private long and short term rentals. Loren provides critically important executive assistance and accounting services to the Company in service of providing our Clients Financial Situational Awareness.
Loren has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and minors in Real Estate, and Urban & Regional Planning. She is also a licensed Florida real estate agent and a Quickbooks Online Platinum ProAdvisor.
In her free time, Loren enjoys anything in the water or at the beach including swimming, boating, and paddle boarding. A fun fact about Loren is she’s always been an entrepreneur, opening her first business at 24 years old, a 4 room day spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, which she was able to sell after 3 years of ownership.
