About
Strengthening communities to impact the world
We believe financially healthy organizations create opportunities for people to flourish. As organizations grow in strength, they create meaningful work, support families, invest in communities, and increase their capacity to give generously.
Our Purpose is to help make this possible.
Our Philosophy
We believe wise stewardship begins with clearly understanding reality. We provide leaders with accurate financial intelligence and the understanding to use it, helping them make confident decisions, strengthen their organizations, and create lasting enterprise value. Financially strong organizations create opportunity, support families, strengthen communities, and expand the capacity for generosity.
Because knowing your numbers is not enough.
You need to understand what they are telling you.
And you need the confidence to act.
When decisions need to be made, we ask ourselves, “does the decision align with our Values, fall within our Mission, and fulfill our Vision?”
Our Vision
To be a conduit of God’s providence by helping build financially strong organizations that strengthen people, families, and communities.
Our Mission
We partner with business owners and leaders to turn financial intelligence and strategy into operational reality, enabling confident decisions, stronger organizations, lasting enterprise value, and successful ownership transitions.
Our Values
Our Values shape our culture, how we do our work, and who we do business with.

- We believe every resource is entrusted, not owned.
- We faithfully steward the people, finances, systems, relationships, and opportunities entrusted to us, seeking to leave both our firm and the organizations we serve stronger and more valuable.

- Truth creates confidence.
- We pursue and communicate truth with courage, humility, and precision because trustworthy information and honest conversations are essential to wise decisions.
Love People
- Organizations exist to serve people.
- We value the dignity, well-being, and potential of our team members, clients, partners, and the people ultimately affected by our work.
Partnership
- Together, we advance a greater purpose.
- We cultivate trusted relationships within our firm and with clients, referral partners, and other professionals, combining our strengths to build stronger organizations and expand the capacity to serve others generously.
Excellence
- Quality builds confidence.
- We pursue accuracy, thoughtful solutions, and continual improvement within our firm and in the organizations we serve because excellence earns trust and creates lasting value.
Execution
- Vision becomes value through disciplined execution.
- We take ownership, follow through on commitments, and work alongside one another and our clients to translate strategy into measurable results.
Ben began his career as an aerospace engineer at The Boeing Company, working in airframe design, aerodynamics, and system safety. His engineering background shaped the analytical, systems-oriented approach he now brings to financial leadership and organizational improvement.
After discovering a growing interest in business, economics, and finance, Ben transitioned into real estate entrepreneurship. He syndicated large multifamily investments and acquired managing-member interests in more than 1,000 units financed with over $50 million in debt and equity capital. Through that ownership experience, he saw firsthand how reliable financial information, sound strategy, and disciplined execution affect an organization’s ability to grow, manage risk, and create lasting value.
Ben initially provided fractional Chief Financial Officer and Controller services to the real estate portfolio before expanding Provident Financial Services to serve privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations. Today, he helps owners and leaders understand what is happening financially, make confident decisions, operationalize strategy, strengthen enterprise value, and prepare for successful ownership transitions.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. He also passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst examination.
Diagnosed in college with retinitis pigmentosa, a genetic retinal disorder that progressively affects peripheral and night vision, Ben has a personal appreciation for the importance of seeing reality clearly. That experience reinforces his commitment to helping leaders overcome financial blind spots with the support of Provident’s talented team.
Ben is a follower of Jesus Christ and seeks to be a faithful steward of the people, resources, and opportunities entrusted to him. He lives in Lititz, Pennsylvania, with his wife and three children. Outside of work, his interests include aviation, vehicles, boats, cycling, and nearly anything involving wheels, wings, engines, hulls, or gears.
